Ranchero Fish Tacos
Fish Tacos are rapidly becoming one America’s favorite Mexican dishes. Larry’s All Natural Ranchero Taco & Enchilada Sauce adds authentic Mexican flavor to any seafood, be it tilapia, mahi mahi, shrimp or any firm-fleshed fish. Made with fresh jalapeno and cilantro, Larry’s Ranchero Sauce allows the flavor of the seafood to shine through. Heat one jar of Larry's All Natural Ranchero Sauce in a microwave or on the stove. Season the fish with salt and pepper and dredge in the flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high and fry the fish until golden brown. Keep warm. Warm the tortillas in a dry frying pan over medium heat. Stir the juice of one lime juice into the sour cream to make a lime crema. Fold two soft, warm tortillas together for each taco. Fill the tacos with fish. Spoon Larry's All Natural Ranchero Sauce over the fish, top with the Napa cabbage, and drizzle the lime crema. Serve with lime wedges.Ingredients
