Larry’s Tailgate Chili
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 15 ounce can pinto, red or black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 16 oz jar Larry's All Natural Ranchero or Chipotle Sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp sour cream (optional)
- tortilla chips
Heat the oil in a medium, saucepan. Add the ground meat and cook until it is cooked through.
Add the drained beans and the jar of Larry's All Natural Ranchero or Chipotle Sauce. Stir to blend well.
Bring the chili to a low boil, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Serve the chili with a tablespoon of sour cream, a sprinkle of cheese, and tortilla chips.
