Breakfast Burrito

These breakfast burritos offer authentic Mexican flavor with all natural ingredients.


  • 1 16 oz jar Larry's All Natural Ranchero or Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 10-inch flour, whole-wheat or gluten-free tortillas
  • 1 lb all natural breakfast sausage
  • 4-8 eggs
  • 1/2 pound grated cheddar or Cotija cheese


Step 1

Pour the contents of the jar of Larry's All Natural Ranchero or Chipotle Sauce into sauce pan and warm over medium heat.

Step 2

In a large skillet warm the tortillas on low heat until soft and pliable.

Step 3

Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain off any excess oil and chop into small chunks. If using breakfast links, cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 4

Scramble the eggs.

Step 5

Make a breakfast burrito by laying a warm tortilla on a flat work surface. In the center of the tortilla spoon 1/4 cup Larry's Sauce over the tortilla. Add 1/4 of the sausage, 1/4 of the scrambled eggs and 1/4 of the grated cheese on the tortilla.

Step 6

To roll the burrito fold opposite sides (left and right) slighly toward the middle to protect contents from spilling out, then roll the burritto length wise from bottom to top. Serve each burrito with a small dish filled with 1/4 cup Larry's Sauce for dipping.
