2 lbs chicken parts (breast or thighs)
1tbsp vegetable oil
1 16 oz jar Larry’s All Natural Mole Sauce
In a 4-quart sauce pan brown the chicken parts in oil. Add one 16 oz. jar of Larry’s All Natural Mole Sauce. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
